Our Coffee Machine | Rocket Espresso Milano RE
Rocket Espresso produces the finest espresso machines in the tradition of ‘Fatto a Mano’ translated to, ‘made by hand’.
Their small team of craftsmen produce both premium domestic and commercial espresso machines, beautifully made with meticulous care and attention to detail.
Our Coffee Bean | Lindfield Coffee Works
Our house blend is roasted exclusively for us at MDV by Lindfield Coffee Works 35 minutes away, nowhere else serves it. Made up of a blend of 50% Minas Gerais region of Brazil and 50% from Colombia, Antioquia. The nutty Brazilian coffee combines well with the sweeter Colombian to bring together a well-balanced cup perfect for milk-based drinks.
We also rotate a Guest Single Origin coffee each week, for those wishing to explore how coffee from different countries can vary!
Our Milk | Nutfield Dairy
The protein content in proper, unadulterated milk allows for a far superior foam. No more plastic and from a herd just a few short miles away!
We source as much of our menu locally as possible. Our breads are baked by Chalk Hills Bakery, and we have cakes, flapjacks and other treats.
